I’m a complete technophobe but Ben & Jack deal with all questions with answers that are clear, understandable. Costs are reasonable and don’t take advantage. Having dropped my phone down the loo Tech Medic retrieved everything on my phone and explained everything. A truly great efficient speedy service, I can’t recommend enough.

Disappointing Experience – Incomplete Diagnosis & Poor Communication

I took my HomePod to Tech Medic for an initial diagnosis, expecting a clear answer on whether it was repairable. After assessing it, they quoted potential repair costs but I later found they had failed to identify the full extent of the damage. Only after ordering parts and beginning repairs did they realize the device was beyond economical repair (BER).

This raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of their diagnostics. If the device was ultimately unfixable, why wasn’t this determined during the initial inspection? I wouldn’t have proceeded further had I known from the start. On top of that, communication over the phone was unclear, making the situation even more frustrating.

A proper diagnosis should give customers all the necessary information before further costs are incurred. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, and I wouldn’t use their services again.

Excellent customer service given by the Tech Medic. I took my lap top in for repair, i was kept updated as to what was required and offered options when it wasn’t possible to repair it. Highly recommend Tech Medic.

Ben and the team at Tech Medic went above and beyond when my dear 88 year old Mother’s 10+ year old PC finally gave up the ghost. Saving her precious files, photos and documents, re-installing them to a new set-up allowing her to be backup and running within 72 hours! So here you have it guys a justified full 5 stars!!

I phoned today to request help with my iPhone. The call started with “ how might we help you?” I think his name is Jason ( the owner?). I took him through the problem. He explained that it’s a walk in service. At the visit he was very helpful but he had no experience of the problem, which is rare. But I took a step forward and he was helpful and very customer focused.
My wife has found him helpful and this is my second experience. Excellent service again.
