Couldn’t recommend David enough within just a few days he managed to not only find what caused the issue but fix it and return the pc to us at a very reasonable cost during this he not only kept us up to date with what he found and what he’s planning on doing next but also made sure to explain to us everything that was going on definitely will be coming back if I ever need anything again and will without a doubt recommend him to anyone that asks.

Excellent service. Macbook pro was repaired to fully functional state within a day. So-called Apple store genius had confirmed that the PC was beyond repair. Dave patiently gone through component by component and revived the laptop. Thank you very much Dave.

Dave is an absolute legend! Couldn't recommend enough charged £300 for a job that Apple & Western Super Computers (in Preston) tried charging me £900+ for. Whole new screen replaced in a matter of days, Don't let Apple/affiliated Apple stores fool & pressure you into buying a whole new laptop, speak to Dave first.

I had an issue with a charging port on my HP laptop, and I required an SD card and clean up for my HP PC. Dave quickly recognised the issues and implemented a plan to solve them. The service Dave provided was prompt and effective. I ended up with my PC running like new and my laptop charging port fixed.
The price I paid was very reasonable and I found Dave to be trustworthy and professional throughout. Definitely recommended.

Very very impressed with Dave. I had 2 issues - a failed hard drive on my old Mac (2012) and an iPhone battery on it's last legs. Both done in a day at very reasonable cost so minimal inconvenience.

The new SSD drive on the Mac is so fast it has really boosted my productivity.

Dave is fair, knowledgable, honest - and I found him by chance as he accepts calls up to 8.30 pm.

Would recommend him 100% and I will be using him in the future.

Dave is an IT superstar!

I have been supported by Dave for several years. He has changed iPhone batteries, built a word press web site, installed a NAS system and put a SSD unit into my Mac Book Pro.

He consistently is fair priced, honest and acts with integrity. Look at all at the previous review for further evidence.

My latest calamity was a hard drive that failed due to heavy use on Zoom meetings. He was able to bring it back from the last time machine back up so I lost very little data. ( I should have been backing up to my NAS system which I will do now!)

Dave Johnson is a great guy to deal with and very helpful. We are more than happy with the Mac and the MacBook we bought. It was good to know there is someone local who is enthusiastic enough to spend time finding out exactly what we wanted within the price band available.
