Luke came and helped us decide on the best CCTV system for our property. He is very knowledgeable which helped us a lot in making our final decision. The quotation, which was very competitive, was emailed the following day, accepted and a date set in the diary for installation.
Will and Darcy who fitted the new system, were on time, very polite and nothing was too much trouble for them, taking time to ensure we were totally happy with the system before they left.
We have received follow up calls to ensure we are happy with the system, with queries promptly answered.
If you are considering installing a CCTV system, would recommend 24 Networks & Security.

Luke and Will are exceptionally professional, responsive and having had a number of quotes from other companies found them to be great value for money too!
We are so delighted with the quality of the work they have completed which is exceptionally neat and tidy. We have also found the aftercare to be brilliant when we had some additional questions (because we hadn’t listened properly).

Luke provided me with email advice before the fitting of our cameras and was very accommodating. Matt and Luke worked efficiently and without music booming out - thank you for that.
Very professional team - hid all the wires so our cameras look terrific.
Luke spent time with my husband and I to go through what the system could do and to set us up. The system is brilliant and very easy to use.
Luke is to provide a follow up call later to check that all is well, and has sent us links to the user guides.
He is happy to be contacted whenever if there is an issue.

Fantastic company to deal with, Luke and Will are both extremely professional , knowledgeable and courteous. We had 3 cameras fitted and an alarm system, great care was taken to hide any wiring , so the overall finish is excellent.

Luke and Will have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish!! Totally professional and very personable and approachable. They've delivered what they said they'd deliver, on time and working as promised. They've done an amazing neat and professional job with the installation and they're genuine wizards at routing and hiding away the cables so they're invisible. Great full service security company. Professional, considerate and knowledgeable. Supplied/Fitted us with CCTV, Alarm and Access Control, all fitted to high standard and wonderful cable management! I have no idea if it was "great value", all I know is the cost was well within my budget and the final result is well worth the money. While I didn't feel insecure before the install, it is now a comforting to know my home and grounds are properly monitored and secured. Would absolutely recommend this company, Luke and Will are professionals!
