Poor functionality and expensive for a start up. Sure it's much better if you can pay to customise but the userface gives you very little information and you have to pay extra to integrate to your accounts packages so I don't think it's suitable for small buisnesses. It also took a month to work properly with Sainsburys and during this period I wasn't able to send the invoices.
