Having use Primate software for a couple of years it has been great. OneFile have now decided to pull the service due to competition. All the observations are in the system we will see how good they are helping to transferring data to a new provider - often a very difficult task well see but I would say currently do not trust this company they may just leave you high and dry especially if they face competition.

Great e-portfolio system and are ahead of the competition.... There are a lot of areas to improve though and the pics/onefile integration is by far the biggest area for development.

When the following is improved, i'll revise this review to a 5 star:
- Pics/Onefile Integration
- Restructure of the platform to suit the new standards of Apprenticeship (this seems to be rushed and using an old platform to try and fit)
- Errors/Glitches take time to fix
- Reporting is inaccurate
- There should be a more variety of users such as trainers and markers

Overall though it is a good company, with great 1-2-1 support and customer service.
