Daniel is the doyenne of IT experts. He explains technical issues in plain English and is always happy to advise on any purchases ensuring that they are good value. Daniel at Digital Red has been an enormous help to me over the past few years. He has gone over and above to sort out all my computer problems and I cannot recommend his services enough. He goes into great detail with each query and ensures that everything is working tip top before he signs off. He has a vast knowledge of computers and is happy dealing with small queries up to larger more complicated problems. Digital Red via the one and only Daniel O'Neil is totally amazing.
Daniel's patience, understanding and prompt responses are way above expectation. He has sorted my IT and other queries over very many years, both remotely and in person. Too long ago for me to remember our first meeting.
