I recently had a profoundly negative experience with FPR Recruitment Agency, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others. My primary issue stemmed from their consistent failure to provide my weekly payslips. This seemingly simple administrative task had severe repercussions, directly impacting my wife's sponsorship application.
The inability to obtain my payslips created significant complications and delays in providing the necessary financial documentation for her visa. I repeatedly contacted FPR, explaining the critical nature of this situation and the potential consequences of their inaction. Despite my urgent pleas and clear articulation of the problem, FPR showed a distinct lack of urgency and a general unwillingness to assist.
Their staff was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and abandoned during a time of significant stress. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by FPR was truly disappointing.
As a result of their negligence, I am now facing unnecessary hurdles and potential delays in my wife's sponsorship process. This has caused immense anxiety and placed undue strain on my family.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone seeking a reliable recruitment agency to steer clear of FPR. Their inability to handle basic administrative tasks, coupled with their disregard for the serious consequences of their errors, makes them an untrustworthy and unreliable partner. If you value your time and require a recruitment agency that prioritizes your needs, look elsewhere.

Good agency if you don't mind being lied to! Applied for a job through FPR that had a bonus scheme, was even told that bonus scheme had been paid 4 of the last 6 months indicating the company was doing well. As well as 3 paid breaks. So I left my old job for this new one. The bonus scheme was a lie and hasn't existed for 5 years and there was one 30 minute break. The company hadn't been profitable at all in the last year.

I've left the agency over 6 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for them to pay my holiday pay that I haven't used. Despite calling up weekly and being in the office once to remind them, they assure me if will get sorted but here I am 6 weeks still waiting.

I would avoid this agency and go to a different one. Unless you don't mind being lied to and messed around then this agency is perfect!
