Please stay far away as possible from this company. They tell you sweet words which you will come to realise as complete lies. There system didn't take payment for 45 orders for me over a span of 3 weeks and every time I rang up regarding this issue they kept saying it was fixed. The orders would come as paid and our auto accept would accept the order but no money was deposited the next day. This happen for 3 weeks and so many other problems I had, they say its been resolved and the next day we have the same issue again and more issue also start to be noticed on the following day. They wouldn't give me access to control of the app to accept my bookings whilst we are closed during the morning etc. The list goes on and on. When I decided to leave they expect me to pay more than £1500 to recover my domain and cancel the contract. This company is an absolute disgrace, they didn't even offer to pay me back for the orders that were delivered to customers which payment was not received on their end. They even took 6 months to update my menu which was not even notified to me upon completion and i had customers complaining that we are charging to much online compared to in store because we were waiting to give out the new prices once the online system was updated. Complete shock of a company. My advice is stay far away from any company that is off shore or if the sales team or support team can't even speak English fluently. Stick to companies based in the UK only or from where ever you are.

We like Order E, Stuffs are friendly but Service is poor need more upgrades. The printer prints very small texts and my stuffs/drivers cannot read it properly. We want to support development but it needs more work.
