Had a very bad experience with this company. Was a former tenant with MySpace due to being a person with mental health conditions and special needs (autism) i had a horrible housing officer called Kathy who would come round and shout at me and threaten to throw me out, or my tenancy was at risk for really stupid things like not recycling, or giving me a written warning when I had a dental appointment and wasn't home, even though I told her on the phone I wasn't going to be in, she would cause me un necessary stress and anxiety, lied that my fiance verbally abused her when he didn't, caused me to have episodes of self harming when I was constantly being threatened to be thrown out onto the streets. I told the boss Zoe what was going on, and she didn't listen to me, she was just as bad, made me out to be fully in the wrong and didn't listen to a word I said about how her staff member was treating me and potential other tenants who are vulnerable. Eventually I asked for another housing officer, but still, ending up getting a section 21 when I was going through a bad time, I'd just lost my father and brother months apart from each other, and was going to be thrown out on the street because the landlady was so called selling the property. Finally I managed to get a council property, overall. MySpace made my mental health substantially worse, self mutilating episodes got worse, anxiety, i was always walking on eggshells because of constant threats that my tenancy was at risk, and the mental and emotional abuse from the housing officer almost sent me over the edge, this is not acceptable when they are supposed to give support and help to vulnerable people like myself. When they first started, they probably had really good intentions, but management got greedy and ruined what possibly started off as good and positive, now they just dont care, Call themselves a charity!!!! Should be shut down permanently..the only one who actually listened to myself and my fiancé's side of things was Mike. The asbo officer, so thankyou Mike for listening,

really terrible, lost all my personal belongings why I was away my dad who passed away they thrown all my photos all my certificates from college, they wouldn't let my next of kin get my stuff why I was away they really have broke me as a person ill never go with myspace again and any1 who is moving into a myspace property I'd really think twice and find another housing ossication they are awfull most of the staff don't have a clue they try and control you they just walk in when your not in.and nosey thru all your stuff you have no privecy, they make your life a living hell and make.out like they've brought you up because they've housed you I give them half a star terrible absolute no no

My experience with my space housing solutions has been a nightmare. From other tenants to workers it's all a mess, I get blame for everything that isn't my fault make the tenant look bad when it's nothing Todo with me.

I award them 1 Star.
They just want to be seen as efficient any
way they can at the tenants expense as long as they dont look stupid and the tenant
does. They dont really care but pretend that they do
in that they have your
best interests in mind.
This is a truthful statement.

Lying staff give no support when are raised my concern that was it an eviction notice the next day court found it in my faver but left for a nice 2 bed flat and trached tmy space flat grands ther get to surport people and give very little to no support these are taking money and not giving surport wat ther are payed to

Awful experience lasting over 2 years dealing with this company and one of their tenants who was an absolute nightmare to live next to. The only capable person at the company was Mike their Anti Social Behaviour Officer
