A lot of applicant tracking systems were quite expensive and as we are a small business we couldn't afford it. For Go Hire, we pay £49 and it does what we need. You can post jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed, Zoopla, Glassdoor and so on. It's very easy to track your applicants. You can see where everyone is at and you can also add comments, rate applicants and pass them over to someone else on your team to review.
