Highly recommend Wright Tech! Steven is the perfect balance of professional & friendly. He came out to the house on the same day I called and fixed my laptop quickly, after a Windows upgrade caused a few glitches. I contacted Steven at Wright Tech when the power unit failed on my pc i replaced it with another one as couldn't source the original, however rewiring the new power unit proved more difficult. Steven came out to my home to collect my pc, assessed the problem and got my pc up and running within 2hours the next day and dropped it off back to my house.
I can 100% recommend Steven at Wright Tech
Couldn't fault his fantastic customer service and how quickly my pc was fixed.

Brilliant service! Steven correctly diagnosed a faulty router over the phone. I bought a new replacement router and, again, Steven patiently walked me through the trickier aspects of setting up the Wi-Fi etc.

Had issues that I could not fix. Steve came by recommendation and proved to be the correct choice. Service was quick and I was kept informed regularly on the progression. It wasn't until after collecting my pc that he really proved himself. I was struggling to get some of my programs working on the new windows install. Steve came to my house and got everything quickly up and running after installing some drivers. Highly recommend this guy and his service. Thanks again

After deciding to update the very old and very slow laptop that I was using for music production, I sent Steven a spec for a PC that I had seen online. He was not only able beat the price but also upgrade the spec and managed to build the machine in just a few days. He even came over and set it up for me! He’s extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and I thoroughly recommend using his services. I couldn’t be happier with my new machine which, I might add, is a beast!!
