Totally unimpressed with the service I have received. Paid for the course and forwarded the proof of payment but still do not have access to the online course on click-up. When calling, no one can assist me nor is the phone answered. All the while I am falling behind on the course.

Think twice before enrolling for the Executive Supply Chain programme. You are treated like a child. The calibre of industry savvy lecturers are debatable to say the least. Discrepancies in the final assessment mark on record.

Can't get hold of them telephonically and can't log onto their app. I enrolled for a course and need the invoice to get a student loan and it has become a mission now. If I am struggling like this already I can only imagine once I am starting my online studies.

Terrible service. They canceled my short course 1 day before it was due to start. I have to drive 600kms to be there so have already booked accommodation and study leave at work. So unprofessional. Very upset.
