Mike just conducted a company wide training involving a general walkthrough and explanation of purpose of our Sugar CRM. The service was very well received by everyone in our company and I would highly recommend trying to arrange with Mike a similar training to help with the onboarding and adaptation of Sugar. We have found this difficult to achieve but I'm sure after Mikes training this will have improved.
