Another web company that doesn't respect TPS registration. When I asked him if he knew what TPS was he said yes, I told him the number was TPS registsred and he still carried on trying to sell me his services lol. Now reported.

APPAULING representative/manager. "Richard" cold called the business I work for attempting to offer his services. I politely advised we were sorted and therefore not interested and his response was "fine, enjoy your poor life" I immediately called the company back to speak to a manager and low and behold, the manager was the same guy that called us, Richard. Again, horrendous phone manner when I questioned why he said that his justification was "what am I meant to do, you wouldn't listen" and tried to continue to sell his service!!! I would avoid this company at all costs! Although, if that's how they speak to potential customers, I cant imagine the business trading very long.
