Very unhappy with service provided, they had our console for 3 weeks with no contact unless I chased and went into shop. Was told disk drive could be fixed for £145. After trying to contact shop many times, via phone and email, I eventually found a mobile number and messaged several times i did get reply from them then, was then contacted today to say now it can NOT be fixed. It cost me £45 just to get my broken console back.
As you can imagine I was concerned giving over such an expensive computer and not being updated of the situation.
Really need to improve communication.

Took my laptop in for repair yesterday. Rang this morning to find out about the progress, it went to answer phone and told to come back when open. I thought it was opened today and went to the shop. I was greeted to a note saying the business was annual leave. I wasn't warned of this and the note didn't say how long for.

Sam was great he put together my partners PC from scratch and charged a reasonable price.
I then took my Mac to have the screen replaced, after trying to sort with the providers we managed to get the new one and was put together the same day it arrived. Was very please and polite friendly staff. 5*

Amazing service, amazing communication, very understanding and they find out out exactly what you want done to your pc and work out the best price and service that right for you. I’ve used Rapid tec twice now for a pc repair and upgrade and the outcome is amazing. 100% recommend rapid tec

No stars, no communication at all. I had constantly chase to find out when things will be done. He promises to call but never does and the shop is closed from Friday to Sun. it took him 2 weeks to tell what was wrong with my equipment.
Slow and out dated service! Sad as we want to support local businesses! Slow tech is letting the side down!

My family and I have been going to Sam for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else. HIs knowledge, expertise and customer service are exceptional. Sam gives thorough details and options re: the issues that he finds so the customer is able to make an informed decision about next steps. On his advice I bought a reconditioned laptop, a new printer and most recently a new Yoga laptop from him at an extremely good price. The Yoga laptop is slim, versatile and portable. I'm still discovering it's many features. Suffice it to say it does everything I need it to and more. Sam goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. I can't recommend him enough.
