We have been using Cluer HR Solutions for the last 12 months and the positive impact across our business practices has been noticed by all member of staff. Being a fairly small sized business employing 15 people the HR processes before using Cluer were mostly a serious of `winging it’ with our fingers crossed! The high level of information, support and full range of employee HR templates from Cluer has transformed our business into one that now has robust employee procedures in place and has assisted us in obtaining Investors in People accreditation. Every team member that we have spoken to at Cluer has been very knowledgeable and educated with up to date legal HR practices. The team also have excellent listening skills, importantly they have always provided us feedback to ensure that they have understood our questions and concerns and consequently provided relevant solutions. Other benefits that we have obtained since working with Cluer are the regular newsletters highlighting areas of HR that may be worth reviewing and the training courses on offer. I attended a course on recruitment and selection which was brilliantly presented. The right mixture of information and attendee participation kept the momentum going at a good pace and I certainly took on board what I had learned on the course and put it into practice as soon as I was back in the office.
