We at County Rooms really like the CoHo system. The fast-track team led by Ridhi and supported by Pooja have been excellent - a must have if migrating. We are taking on another 45 units from an Arthur system and will happily use fastrack again. The software has a lot of features and is ever improving - updates come through more than once daily. We were actually disconnected from our old system Arthur when we gave notice -although fully paid up. Without a working CoHo system there would have been serious jeopardy for our business; so thank you CoHo. Everything is working fine.

I have 400 units and have used the software for 3 months now.
It's good, it's got potential. However... very buggy, referencing software still not live that we was sold as part of the onboarding. It's annoying as it's fairly slow servers, some buttons take 6 seconds to load, mostly to do with finances, if this is your sole job it's very frustrating.

We are in the process of moving to COHO to manage our tenancies, and have received a fantastic fast track service from Ridhi and her team. They have processed our data at rapid speed and responded to any questions quickly and efficiently. Moving platforms can be a painful experience, this has been headache free! I would highly recommend!
