Stumbled across this team whilst considering some IT hardware upgrades and ongoing tech support for a small business environment.
Straight away I was impressed with their efficient and thorough communications, industry specific knowledge (Dental Practice), immediately getting down to the core of exactly what was needed.
Their onsite IT audit was super efficient and unintrusive, working seamlessly around both staff and customers.
the resulting report and recommended work was thorough and at no point did it feel like they were trying to upsell things I didn't need or want, which was refreshing.
The subsequent install day was again flawlessly efficient, Harry was the perfect guest to have in a busy workplace.
Overall, super happy with the service received so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
