We have been using YRH's services for over 2 years and although we had a rocky start with another team member we have now settled into a great working routine with Pam, our finance manager. When Pam joined our team there were a lot of challenges, some left by previous accounts people and also changes that we were wanting to make to our own systems. We are a complex small business business from an accounting perspective, with multiple companies across our group and the globe. She has handled everything brilliantly and we are now in a good working pattern. I highly recommend YRH especially if you do not need full time support in this area but I think, as was most important for us, when you have some accounting capability in the business but need better maintenance of your accounts and reporting for managers. 5 stars!

Caroline from YRH has been a total blessing. I was floundering and finally recognised that it was OK to be bad at financial management and that I didn't have to keep suffering. YRH could help - what a discovery! In the last 9 months. Caroline has helped me make sense of the numbers so that I can make properly informed business decisions, the outcome being that my business is more profitable and very sustainable. I'm never going to love the numbers side of the business, but I feel much more calm and in control now. YRH supplied us with a Financial Controller for 4 months, working 2/3 days per week. The FC was very professional and efficient whilst also being very likeable and amenable, so quickly fitted in with all other staff members. This is the second occasion we have used YRH for a finance staff position, and would have no reservations about using them again in the future, or recommending their services to others.
