We have been using KPR for the last year and have found it has made our working lives easier. We received good training from James and find the system very straightforward. As well as this, the Midterm Reports look very professional and are easy for our Landlords and tenants to read through. We highly recommend KPR.

We us KPR for the management of our Residential Portfolio, it has streamlined our maintenance procedures and report writing for our clients that is both convenient and impressive to all parties involved. We would be lost without our KPR system, we highly recommend it to landlords and agency. The office staff are always a pleasure to deal with and any issues raised are dealt with promptly and without fuss.

We have been working with KPR for over 5 years now. The original system was used in parallel with our old CRM software to specifically deliver inspection and inventory reports. It performed this function admirably and the data / detail presented was extremely useful for the business.

12 months ago we upgraded and adopted the new KPR Willis system to further enhance our business IT transformation journey and the resulting step change has been remarkable.

Kim, Iain and James have been superb in their support of the integration with our new CRM, SME. The initial challenges that our Guaranteed Rent portfolio highlighted as part of the integration received immediate support. Some of the issues were extremely simple fixes whereas several of them needed a little more thought on both sides. However, we have had first class support at every turn and the responses to the queries raised as we moved through the integration process and initial use of the system, was excellent. Response times were in most cases immediate, in a very few cases, we needed to wait for an overnight fix.

The end product, having worked closely with Iain and the team, is something that I am more than happy to advocate as a fundamental part of our business IT solution.

As a business, we love KPR! They were excellent for us throughout lockdown and we won't forget that.

It also happens to be a superb system which works extremely well for our Property Management team, being user friendly and allows us to be more organised with our management visits and keep compliant at the same time.

Support are fantastic, very efficient and quick at coming back to us with answers to any queries.
