I had a great experience during my visit to the clinic. My Botox treatment was a fantastic experience, all thanks to the wonderful young lady who performed it. She was so clean, presentable, and had a lovely, reassuring manner that instantly put me at ease. Her professionalism shone through, and while she mentioned being a nurse in training, her confidence and precision were that of a seasoned expert. I was especially grateful for her innovative approach under my eyes – she tried a different angle to prevent bruising, and it was a complete success. Not a single bruise! Highly recommend her work for anyone seeking a precise and comfortable treatment, I will definitely be re booking for my top up and future Botox if everyone is like her there

Friendly staff, happy with both treatments which were done by a trainee under supervision (three area wrinkles & marionette lines). I was asked how I was throughout the treatments and received good aftercare advice. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Connie was really lovely and very informative checking if i was ok as she was going along and showing me and checking I was happy with each treatment. The actual procedures were done so well I barely felt a thing much less so compared to treatments I've had done in the past with other practitioners. I'm very happy with the results. I came in for a hydrafacial today with Magdalena and had a lovely experience. Both Magdalena and Amber who was on reception were really friendly and welcoming. I wasn't sure which facial to go for so they run me through the options and helped me choose the best one for my skin type. The place is also gorgeous with cute decor and is immaculately clean. Will be back again for sure!
