I couldn't be happier with the service I received from PC One. My PC had been running slow and crashing constantly, and I was worried I’d have to replace it. But Ben diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had it up and running like new within a couple of days!

I am a freelance copywriter, based in Leek. The unthinkable happened this week - my hard drive crashed and I was faced with the blue screen of doom.

Ben of PC One Computer Solutions was absolutely fantastic! He was very calm, when I was quite frankly, losing it. He picked up, fixed, upgraded my PC and returned it to me within 24 hours.

I really couldn't have had better service. He demoed all the changes, including an automatic back up he had installed to a separate hard drive.

All in all, my experience was fantastic and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Ben to anyone who needs technical expertise for IT problems.

Very swift response from Ben at PC One who has restored and reinvigorated my desktop. Quickly found the problem and replaced the hard drive - all the data curated and restored. Communication was very good throughout, and I feel the price was extremely competitive. Recommended - don't send it to landfill folks, get it mended first :>)

Not going to talk about any of the technical jargon, because I really am clueless about it, but laptop virus all sorted and fixed the same day, virus protector thingy checked and all back up and running 😄. Reasonably priced. Obviously all 5 star reviews for a reason. Would highly recommend! Thanks for fixing the problem!
