I was fortunate to have Dr Keshmiri as my Master's project supervisor and benefitted from his in-depth knowledge of CFD to assist me. Coming from a background in physics, my project used CFD to model the reactor for AGRs (advanced gas-cooled nuclear reactors) with the aim of improving the efficiency of their design. Amir is able to apply his knowledge of CFD to a wide variety of technologies and he is a pleasure to work with.

I was fortunate enough to complete my final year project under the supervision of Dr Amir Keshmiri. I was able to use the facilities at ManchesterCFD which enabled me to run a multitude of simulations with the powerful workstations available - completing the work I initially planned would not have been possible otherwise. I would encourage those who are considering working with ManchesterCFD to do so as you will benefit greatly from their expertise, experience and facilities, as I did with their biomedical team which I will utilise in my future career indefinitely.
