PPC Protect is a fantastic tool - we use it to offer click fraud protection to our large client base. On top of this, the service offered by the PPC Protect team is second to none - they are friendly, knowledgeable and a joy to interact with! We'd recommend them to anyone.

PPC Protect/Lunio has been a faulty product in my experience and I'm left very disillusioned with the product and the customer service team.

I bought into the software a couple of years ago, all sounded great at this point. I did find the system quite buggy from the outset and had to get support to help a few times, but was eventually on my way.

I run a Paid Ads agency so we used the platform for our products. I started to notice that after trying to get a new client monitored or protected by the software and 'syncing' the account for the new clients to appear, it then switched off all my clients protection and reverted all clients in the account. I thought this was just a general bug at first so set about correcting this and ensuring the right clients were protected/monitored again.

Over time this happened time and time again, and on some occasions we've been many weeks without the platform working for ANY of our clients, as we've logged in to try and sync a new client to the system and then left it running again.

I've now reported the issue for the 4th time and I've had enough of the product - I can't rely on it for my clients anymore. This is the 4th time I've approached the customer service team and despite admitting verbatim;

'we don't have the required reporting in place in order to define precisely what has caused this issue. I want us to be open about that. '

and

'We are unable to find any evidence at all that links directly to the issues you are seeing. One of the main reasons for this (speaking very openly here) is a lack action auditing in our Database. Due to this, we are not able ascertain precisely what actions have led to this happening.'

However, despite this admittance - all we have been offered is discounted packages for the package for future and they have refused to provide any compensation for our past experience despite openly admitting that it hasn't been working correctly and they can't tell me why. I've asked openly - why would I continue to pay for a package that you openly admit isn't working correctly for me.

I'm sure it's a good product if it works for you, but for some reason we had this bug - and the customer service team have been less than helpful.
