They just want you signed up but then when you need to renew or need anything else, they want to charge you fees. also they won’t let you access the public prices when you renew! Isn’t that illegal these days?

Such a bad customer service they have , unprofessional and unqualified workers as they have no idea of what they are doing... don't waste your money on them go somewhere else because I'm never gonna recommend them to anyone, I have never had any problems with any other broadbands but they are the worst they gave me a headache.

The worst internet ever,not recommended,very slowly and some days not work at all,when I call to ask why was increasing my payment they use me that I not understand English very well and upgrading my contract for another 2 years ,very disappointing…
