This company lacks diversity, I had a telephone interview with this company then a face to face interview. They were very impressed with my telephone interview and thought I would make a great addition to the team. I am sales woman by nature, naturally smooth tongue. However when I turned up to the final stage face to face they clearly weren't expecting to see a non white women in front of them, they were clearly shocked when they came out to meet me, they did not even greet me nor smile, it was the most unfriendly and unwelcoming interview experience. I have more than 10 years experience on the phones 2 years selling software, and the recruitment agency told me I was one of their highest calibre applicants, it was clear what the issue was with them.

Poor sales service - called to enquire about Practice Management Software. Call centre had a juke box (yes, they said a juke box!) playing in the background and laughter thus making the agent inaudible. Passed through to an advisor who seemed bemused that I didn't understand their obscure pricing model over the phone. Promised to send a spreadsheet clarifying the position. None recieved and so a total waste of twenty minutes. It is a shame as we are a new and rapidly growing practice. Read Iris reviews on Accountingweb. If sales service is that poor imagine how grim tech support will be.

Worst company to deal with. I signed up for iris essential after speaking to Usman Asghar at Accountex summits Manchester. They were not able to connect me even after signing up the contract on 29/10/21. so I was told to buy a basic package for one night and tomorrow my iris essential will be working. I was promised to get a refund for basic package. So from 29/10/2021 to 23/12/21 my iris is not activated. During this time I met our account manager at accountingweb expo in Coventry. It was a good meeting again. So many promises and none was delivered. When I call to iris, no one takes responsibility. From sales to license team they keep transferring me from one to another. Zero customer services. A real nightmare for a small practice like ours.

PTP share register software does not work correctly. The backend support is non existent, just "we will call you back" for over a month with zero progress. Really poor support and customer service unfortunately. User is now facing fines from HMRC and Iris just do not respond with any effective support.

Read about this company in the news. Taking advantage of a elderly man with dementia. Refusing to cancel and partially refunding subscription costs.

It took a newspaper to intervene for the for family to get a resolution.

IRIS is such a poorly managed company with shockingly bad customer service. I would avoid them at all costs. They have made mistakes impacting our company, with such a poor response to fix things. Then billed us for the related time.
