We love the watch! David wears it proudly.

Recently, while at our daughter’s home in the country where we had a get together with several family members, we could not find David. This was the first time both I and our daughter logged in to our Tranquil app at the same time. We were so pleased that it was seamless to be on both cell phones at the same time to find him. (she has an iphone & I have an android so we had different maps).

David especially likes the call feature. He no longer remembers how to use a cell phone, so it is a huge relief, to him, to be able to push that SOS button on his watch & know that the watch will connect him to one of his family. What a huge blessing! Likewise he does not have to remember how to hang up or accidently hang up, since we have it set up to disconnect on its own when we hang up on the other end.

Such a nice company to do business with. When you're having to keep pace with changing needs of a dementia loved one, TechSilver proved they understand. Always there to help in a practical manner. Having a tracker meant my 94yrs old mother could stay in her home longer. Although she never went "missing" a couple of times she did decide to take herself off on an errand and either the carers or myself could track her and intervene without causing her alarm. I'm sure she thought it was just coincidence that someone she knew was passing to take her back home !

Very good service.
Ordered and received there big Button keyboard . at last someone is making them again. The last maker of such a keyboard was Chester Creek. The Tech Silver keyboard has a better action than the Chester Creek. However the disappointment was the sizing of the letters on the keys.
as the new keyboards lettering is not well defined as on the Chester Creek. see photo.
which is odd seeing that the new keyboard it designed of visually impaired as I am. The lettering is not as good as on the Chester Creek. I am author so need and use a big button keyboard I have returned to using the old Chester Creek as i am making to many mistakes using the Tech Silver keyboard I will keep it for a stand by hoping that Tech Silver keyboard will be improved.
On the photo the Tech Silver keyboard is on the top of photo. Both keyboards have the same size keys

Techsilver tracker worked extremely well. (I tried a few other ones before but none of them did what they were supposed to do) The staff is very helpful and patient. I don't usually review things online but I needed to make an exception for them!

Well I had a dreadful experience with a tracker from this firm and I would say 'buyer aware'.
I wanted to be able to track my 92 year old mother and after careful research I decided that the Necklace tracker from Techsilver was the perfect device.
I received the device as soon as I had paid the money for the tracker and signed a contract for mobile data.
I should have been suspicious when the device arrived with a utube link for the setting up of the device. The App for its operation was a generic one, clearly designed to operate GPS trackers of all types. The setting up of it was bewilderingly complicated and certainly not a swift fix as the adverts tended to suggest.
After the set up I tested it for a month and despite all the best intentions and much on line advice, I was never able to get the tracker to track anything !!!
Now bearing in mind that among the many other wonders described in the adverts, it was described as being operational throughout the UK and Europe. My device failed to track around my home town.
The on line customer service did their very best with comments like, take it for a walk for 15 minutes, take the sim card out and replace it and the golden oldy switch it on and off, but nothing could improve the poor tracking ability of the product.
Eventually they offered a different sim card, but I had had enough and felt that the product simply wasn't fit for the purpose it was sold for, namely to track my old Mum about our local town.
Support said that a refund for the device and contract was unavailable because of their 30 day return policy. (i think I was up to 33 days)
I did point out that their policy didn't apply to items not fit for purpose, but that was met with a blank.
So I just gave up and bit the bullet for £125 and a couple of months of mobile data contract.
So beware of expensive promise everything trackers for the elderly.
(Apple AirTags cost £35 and no contract).

customer service was first class from Christina, Aaron and Jack. This was from the initial order through to all the queries I have had.
The Tracker looks really good and will cover all our needs to be able to see where our mum is at any time and give us piece of mind

Used the GPS tracker on chain which my mother in law has been very happy to wear. We purchased this after she had left her home alone (the first time in 10 years) and had a very nasty fall resulting in several weeks in hospital and residential care. It worked well and provided us with huge peace of mind. She had a couple more episodes of wondering when she first returned home and we were able to locate her quite quickly. Thankfully things have settled and we are not using it. But wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it

Have been using this GPS tracker for over 6 months now and it has been great as it enables me to check on my mum's whereabouts as she has Alzheimer's. Also comes in handy if she mislay her keys. Battery lasts about 6 or 7 days between charges.
