We have been dealing with this company for many years and have been more than satisfied with their customer service and professionalism which is second to none.
They offer a 1-2-1 service or remote sessions so you never have to leave the office or your home for them to sort it out.
I cannot praise them enough.

I rarely write reviews but We Love Technology truly warrants 5* in every respect.
From making first contact to getting my PC back home, everything was done within an amazing 24 hours.
Alex carried out the seemingly impossible fairly quickly! The miracle took him all of Sunday evening into the early hours of Monday ... but he assured me he enjoyed the challenge!
Being rather a techophobe myself, Alex was only too pleased to patiently explain things in language which I could easily understand. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
He was kind, helpful, impartial, professional, and went 'above and beyond', providing me with a super-efficient, first class and stress-free experience. It was obvious that he is truly dedicated to, and passionate about, his trade, which gave me total peace of mind, in addition to superb value for money. I truly believed that my complete satisfaction in the end result was the most important thing and the customer service provided to me was second to none - a rare thing these days.
Alex is an absolute 'Hero' in my book. I can't recommend him highly enough and I'm so pleased that I found him and that he'll be there with help and support for any IT troubles I have in the future.

Luke the computer technician came to our house and serviced our laptop, installed antivirus protection on it plus two mobile phones and diagnosed printer faults.Ordered replacement printer plus ink.Uninstalled a lot of junk on laptop which now works much faster 😳 Best technician we have ever used,polite,caring,friendly and highly skilled. Recommend him unreservedly.

Absolutely first class service, from initial phone call to getting back my laptop.
Luke gave a full explanation on what the issues could be and what he may be able to do to resolve. As I live locally, I was able to drop my laptop in and all was fixed and I collected it less than 24 hours later.
Luke gave a full explanation on what the issue was, what was undertaken to resolve and even loaded a program for me to help with my wildlife camera videos.
