The support from the helpdesk is basically non existent at this point. There are no responses to support tickets, and even if you log a ticket through a call, expect a month before anything is even looked at. Time to move our group away.

Dreadful, constant issues, slows down your ability to do business and check CRM. Causes delays in seeing enquires when down. Always returns a spinning buffer symbol for many minutes for the simplest task.

Absolute rubbish, if you are concidering getting this in your dealership dont. Never works properly just keep coming up with error messages and as its web based when it does work its very slow and take them an age to rectify the issues, until it a few days later same thing happens.
