Might want to teach your employee (Kevin) some road manners. When someone is in the left lane at a roundabout, they are either going left or straight on. I was in the left lane at the roundabout off of old elm road Honiton going straight towards Tesco. I therefore would have indicated once passed the first exit. Kevin decided to pull out, slam on the breaks and give a hand gesture. Not good when in a company vehicle.
