Excellent service, all staff very pleasant & polite. Good to see female directing cars in today who checked our a query I had about if I could bring a tyre still on the wheel. Don't know what we'd do without this facility.

Used them to pick up 3 items. Reasonable cost, £25. Arrived on time to do pick up, and no problems with them picking and moving the item from the house. As a social enterprise they provide a good service in recycling electrical items.
Had a look in there showroom and have a good stock of white goods, TVs and laptops at reasonable prices.

I bought a fridge from here for £120, had barely any marks, was very pleased. I waited the recommended 24 hours to switch the fridge on and when I did realised the freezer nor the fridge worked. I rang up and explained that I’d bought a food shop and everything had unfrozen, and alll my meat in the fridge had gone off due to it not working and could I have a refund for my fridge, the woman on the phone very rudely told me they would send me another fridge for the same price the next day without us seeing it, I explained that I didn’t want another fridge sent incase the one they sent was not what I wanted, so she the told me, again very rudely to go up to the shop, I was not allowed a refund but I could pick another fridge. Very reluctantly, as I was desperate for a fridge my partner went back up to pick another fridge and the one two in stock had scratches all over, dents all over but we had to pick one as again he was told we could not recieve a refund. My partner took the receipt up also for the £60 food shop that had gone off due to the first fridge they give us not working, and he was told that this was not their problem there was nothing they could do about that either. Very very unhappy with the service and the fridge I ended up with, it looks like an old piece of tat, I should of been able to get a refund if I did not want a fridge with scratches and dents all over as it was due to them selling me a broken fridge in the first place! Would not recommend atall!

Needed a cheap laptop for using separately to my everyday needs but it needed a decent processor and ram messaged CRL and got a fast response that they had what I needed, despite a little confusion over ports they we're able to accommodate me by concluding the sale over the phone which is no mean feat as I'm partially deaf and promised delivery within 2days which they did, on recieving the laptop I was surprised by how good it was for the price I paid highly recommend buying from them
