Never advised us of a seriously beneficial possible route towards grants. Due to this when we found out about it being well past the deadline for applications to be processed we were upset. Concerned with filling workshops instead of looking at our needs as a business. These workshops were not beneficial to us and even when we tried to explain this we were told to join them anyway for fun. With comments saying 'well you can have a cup of coffee and a laugh at the workshop'. When you are an employee you are paid for your valuable time, whilst we value our time differently. Via our own efforts enterprising ideas pave the way with our own endeavours. Creating lots of jobs for outlets of the Hub is what this is all about and not giving the needed advice to entrepreneurs when asked to do so. Calling a small shop front room an innovation centre is misleading as spent wasted time asking people where the innovation centre is, especially as not sign posted and nobody knew it existed.
