Not for the 1st time Larry has come to my rescue......in the middle of the afternoon I turned on my computer and had no response. He had diagnosed the problem, come up with a solution and I picked my computer up later that evening - what a super service. Not only that I know that I will get good, honest advice and support at any time. It was worth every penny and if I could give more than 5 stars I would. My Windows 11 HP crashed without warning and I risked losing all my music files 😫 Found PC Doc locally and so glad I did, Larry managed to save all my data and I'm now back up and running, (not on a HP), with all my data backed up. Fast turnaround and explanation about everything I needed to know, (I'm not a techy), so Larry is my go to tech guy from now on! Highly recommended 👍😎

Started my day yesterday in distress after turning on my PC to the blue screen of death, nothing I tried seemed to work. I was recommended Larry and gave him a call. And I am so glad I did. Offered to collect it and work on it even though he had a really busy afternoon, and dropped it back later that same afternoon. Not only is it working, it's running so much faster too. Corrected broken IDE controller right away, fixed startup problems on booting device, made two xp drives work on W7, charged £60 and guaranteed to do it for free again if problems occurred.
