Nice at first, but turns nasty quite quickly, especially if you don't understand something or need some clarification or have high anxiety. Beware of false hope and then denial. I received a phone call from the solicitor, mimicking me, berating me, and raising his voice to me, only weeks before trial. As a result of this, witnessed by a friend too, I had no other option than to end representation from this firm, which left me with no representation for trial because there wasn't any other solicitor available to represent me and I am someone who is vulnerable with no understanding of the legal system and I didnt stand a chance on my own. So, if you want false hope, and then denial of that false hope then this firm is for you. If not, then I don't recommend that you ask Kernowlaw for help.
