I have used Computer Solutions a couple of times over the years and I always find them very fairly and reasonably priced. They always fix the problem and report any further issues (you may not have noticed). They will also tell you whether something is worth fixing or perhaps it is time to consider a new one (in my case a laptop). Can't recommend them enough.

Computer Solutions are a fantastic and independent company. I bought the components for a Home-Build PC which I wanted to be powerful enough for gaming casually.

When a friend and I completed setting it up, unfortunately there was an issue with it not working.

I took it to Computer Solutions who quickly diagnosed that it was a motherboard issue with RAM not being recognised (although it was compatible). They also advised me on the installation issues with the hardware.

I ordered an alternative motherboard (and returned the faulty one!) and they managed to do an exceptionally fast rebuild and test of it.

Good service does not come cheap, however it is cost-effective and fair and you are clearly paying for well-trained experts who are both professional and knowledgable. All prices were made clear from the offset. I must also add that their communication is both prompt and informative; they kept me up to date throughout the entire process (albeit, a short process due to their pacy turnaround) and kept me in the loop with the cost implications, also.

I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone with computing issues - they are 100% trustworthy, fast and their services are good value for money.

I am not knowledgeable when it comes to tech things, but I needed an up to date laptop, the whole thing scared me. However, I was recommended to use this service, and they are so good. Very helpful indeed, my new laptop was set up for me and I can book a half hour help session, when I need it. I don't expect they are particularly cheap, but excellent customer service, which is what you want.

Glen and Charlie have been so helpful with sorting out my laptop. They tried to mend my existing laptop but it was not able to be fixed. So they ordered a new one for me and put all of the software that I needed and it was ready for me the next day.
