Wanted to post a positive review because I was a bit nervous about first delivery of my MS medication. The company called me on Friday to organise delivery for today (Tuesday). I got a text last night later on which had my suggested time slot for delivery. The driver arrived right at the tail end of the slot. He phoned me to ask re flat and I gave him a wave from the top window. Was really friendly and meds are now safely stored in the fridge 🙂

Delivery was ok, but appointment with nurse to get me started cancelled twice. I know they think this isn’t important but when you have a long term condition and rely on medication it is a big deal. Total lack of empathy and care shown. Obviously we can’t go anywhere else, but hopefully these reviews show that as patients we are not getting a good service.

Absolutely outstanding! They consistently exceed expectations, even offering Saturday deliveries to meet clients' needs. The delivery process is seamless, staff are exceptionally polite and understanding, and they are always easily accessible. I highly recommend their services without reservation!

Cowboys of the pharmaceutical industry. I used to get medication for Multiple Sclerosis from them. I changed not because it wasn't working but this lot of crooks found my home in their words a "logistical challenge" yet the hospital they get my prescription from can be seen from my back garden. Nothing is their fault. They think they're exceptional by their tone. I used to get other medications from Alcura and Lloyds before them and they were ok not brilliant but I would take an ok company ahead of there Roy Rogers for sure. Got an Amazon delivered today. No logistical challenge for them. Had an Uber last night. No problem with the delivery. NHS really need to look into this mob when contracts are given out.

Fantastic service. My migraine injections are delivered by Pharmaxo, the service is excellent. Always receive a prompt response when I email for my next delivery, that’s if they haven’t already called to arrange a suitable delivery date. The delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. Can’t fault the service !

Unreliable delivery. I was told to wait in at a certain time. Instead courier delivered 3 hours early and left package with a neighbour who was then expected to keep it in her fridge. What if neither of us were in and the neighbour anyway leaves for work then. Make sure better service time next delivery, otherwise medicine could spoil.

Pharmaxo have just become completely unreliable over the last two years. Drug deliveries just don’t turn up and they don’t even inform their own nurses if there is a dispatch failure so the nurse travels to see the patient and we both waste our time waiting for delivery that isn’t coming. Recently Pharmaxo has started blaming the hospital for not issuing prescriptions on time, which is denied by the hospital. But even when Pharmaxo know a delivery isn’t coming, they don’t bother telling the patient. They treat the patient with contempt.
