Read this to avoid getting suckered.

Unfortunately I let my stress of a broken drive send me to the absolute worst place I could. First off, they don’t have technical offices in seattle. Only sales. It’s still 100$ for diagnosing. Non refundable. They will ship your drive off, packaged poorly and takes over a week. They then quoted me $5000 and 2 months to recovery one drive of data. About 7TBs. They said it WAS recoverable though. Well I passed on the deal and got another recommendation from a trusted tech support team. I wanted my drive back. They said it would be $50 to ship back or I could send a label. So I sent a label. Never heard back from my rep. Had to email/call multiple times to get it sent back to me. When I opened it, the drive was barely protected. They wrapped it in a free bubble mailer and had it rolling around the box.

Well I sent it packaged safer back to another recovery service. They pay for shipping. No diagnostic fee. They tell me the drive is completely dead. No chance of recovery. I start looking into other reviews. This is a common occurrence for those who turn down “we recovery data” services.

Looking into legal options as it cost me about 20K to lose all that data that was apparently recoverable until it was in their hands. Do not use them.

First of all, I have never seen this level of customer care; it was like a dream come true.
Second, they informed me of each step through an outstanding website and communication system.
Lastly, I sent them a formatted external hard drive, and they recovered all the data. They set up a virtual meeting and showed me the data before the recovery, and I did not believe that they had recovered all my essential data. They are magician

Absolutely do not use for personal data recovery! I came with the smallest problem, an old external hard drive from college that I no longer had the right software to read the drive type or the cabling was wrong. This is a 30 minute problem with the right tooling, which presumably they should have, and the quote was over $1000.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came to the Seattle location on 5th ave to drop off my hard drive. Since they are located on the 42nd floor, you can’t access it without a key card. So I went to the main lobby called and was told no one was in the office but there will be someone within an hour at 3pm, so when I come back I should just call and someone would come meet me.

I end up coming back to the lobby and calling like I was told. Instead of someone coming down, I was put on hold twice for a total of 30 minutes. Eventually, the ‘supervisor’ took me off hold to tell me the same thing I was told earlier (nobody in the office). Sounded like he was at home having a get together of some sort, there were a million things going on in the background. I let off my frustrations and told him to just refund me and not waste my time anymore. He said I will receive my refund email in the morning, so we will see about that.
