Junari CRM+ is a great system where I can manage our contacts and orders. It's easy to use and quick to get employees up to speed. The HR element is just a bonus as it means I haven't had to buy a separate HR system. The support I've received has been fantastic and new tools are always being added to the software. Outstanding Personalised CRM System

Junari supply a fantastic product which they were able and willing to adapt to tailor to our specific business needs. This in turn has increased efficiency in the workforce and freed up valuable staff time creating the capacity to focus more on productivity and sales.

The the extent of our personalised enhancements would not have been possible without their 5* communication. Dominic or his staff assist in a timely manner for any issues staff may have in using their software, guiding and instructing staff where needed. Whilst enhancing or adapting particular elements of the CRM. I found Junari accommodating and flexible - conducting meetings to suit our needs and time frames; face to face, Skype or phone. They make time for their clients and take careful consideration, applying their extensive knowledge and experience to ensure that you get the very best system to suit your needs.

Five stars for both customer service and product. Keep up the good work!

Not a positive experience.

Paid upfront - got a dedicated project manager, got lots of glitzy emails and reports on how the money was being spent but at the end.... the code was very, very low quality and the project was incomplete. They accepted this and did some rectification when I complained but we are still left with a buggy, amateur solution when we paid top drawer prices.
