A complete nightmare with The Supply Register. I recently completed my study and was eager to find work, and I trusted them when they told me to pay £78 in total for DBS certificate and update service. Did everything they asked for, paid the fee, completed the DBS, provided endless documents, references, certificates, and even visited their office. It over two months now, and despite all my efforts, I havent received any offer or any clear communication about what is going on.

I waited like weeks, no any response and contacted them myself to tell that if they werent going to offer me work, they should refund my money, completely ignored and instead kept dragging me through the same steps over and over again, things I had already completed and submitted. The process has been ridiculously slow, disorganized, and completely unprofessional.

What frustrates me the most is that if they hadn’t made me pay for the DBS up front, I would have applied for other jobs elsewhere during this time. Instead, they made me invest my money and time, which stopped me from pursuing other opportunities. This is not the right way to treat job seekers, especially students who are relying on finding work.

This entire experience feels like I’ve been taken advantage of paying for a DBS, wasting so much time, and getting absolutely nowhere. I feel scammed and extremely frustrated. I strongly warn others to think twice before trusting this agency unless they seriously improve their communication, honesty, and efficiency. A big thumbs down 👎👎👎👎

Absolutely ridiculous these staff are not trained at all to deal with issues in the classroom. One supply teacher had to fetch an ICT technician to turn on the board as didn't even know how. Absolutely clueless. Also the fact that you have non subject specialists teaching subjects with no training or experience in to GCSE students is absurd

Worked with TSR for nearly 2 years and always been a professional, supportive service. Great people, good work and rates. It was easy on boarding with lots of support. Did 'Team Teach' training with them, a really enjoyable and informative course. Had really relevant opportunities that fitted with my needs either long term or short. I would highly reccomend them.
