An excellent, welcoming class! I really enjoy coming along to these and getting stuck in. Rakan's coaching/teaching style is fantastic. In particular, he's great at gauging what you need to progress both in your general fitness and kickboxing moves/combinations. He's managed to cultivate a great community in a relatively short space of time at Clevedon gym which I'm delighted to be a part of.

Can't recommend EPIC enough and in particular coach Rakan. My daughter gets so much out of the classes and looks forward to them every week. Attentive coaches balance discipline with fun. Highly recommend!!
