Terrible service

They didn’t maintain the printer properly, they attended the business 8 times to try and fix it. Each time it didn’t work or got worse eventually the agreement was met that the printer was no longer viable, they made further promises to get us a new one which they couldn’t for fill. We went elsewhere to a company who had us up and running in 24 hours. They still threaten to date legal action and inflated costs which aren’t due

Stay away if you’re looking for a trust worthy reliable company.

No I don’t leave 1 star reviews often or at all but I am shocked how this company operate.

Amazing experience, having the engineers out. They have been very accommodating and helpful, they went above and beyond to ensure everything is working on every individual laptop. Good sense of humor too, as a bonus! Thank you so much for making this transition an easy and pleasant experience!

Brilliant customer service. Delivery and Install was completely seamless. We had a few issues with our previous printer supplier, especially when we served them with notice of termination. EBM were very understanding regarding this and they helped us work though the issues allowing us to get the new devices. Special mention to James Millard.

Switched to EBM a month ago and we are so glad we did! From the very start their level of customer service has been fantastic. James Millard has been amazing, so helpful and attentive. The printer delivery and installation was seamless, the two gentlemen that attended for this were very polite and professional. We would definitely recommend EBM!

We got in touch with EBM as we had really high phone bills, EBM said they could save us money on our telecoms and broadband.

They were very helpful and took all of our needs into consideration, with all their help we now have a internet based phone system with so many features that we didn’t have before.

While talking to EBM they also explained they sell photocopiers so we have tied all of our tech into one month bill.

It’s so easy to contact their friendly staff as it’s all on one phone number to a person rather than a message system.

I have an Kyocera printer supplied by EBM Managed Services. I recently had a little black line appear on my prints which no matter what I did I could seem to get rid of. I contacted EBM who were absolutely amazing! Bradley came out, stripped down the machine and found the smallest piece of paper that had become lodged in the machine that was causing the problem, he fixed it an had it up and running within about 30 minutes! I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, they are knowledgeable, friendly and will go the extra mile to get you back up and running quickly…
Thank you guys…. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Red Lodge Millennium Centre - The gents were very efficient and helpful. They went above and beyond with the help provided with setting up scan to emails etc. Definitely would recommend.

EBM have been looking after our printer fleet for 4 months now and they have delivered a fabulous service. EBM responded to our first equipment failure quickly and had the device back in service within 24 hours and they even offered to provide a replacement printer. Their service offer is the best I have ever come across in the 20+ years I have been purchasing print support services.
