Marcus has patiently nursed my Xerox J75 for many years with great care and cost effectiveness. Where a Versant became available, we took advantage of the opportunity. It arrived yesterday and worked perfectly, as it had been refurbished by them. Our studio doorway was too narrow, yet the team assisted in dismantling the frame and reassembling in order to get he machine in situ. They worked efficiently and safely, taking care over the team members. They really do care for their customers and their employees. I highly recommend this ethical family business.

I ordered some parts for my Xerox machine which were slightly delayed due to the Christmas post.
I rang Technology Business services and spoke to Rachel to make sure my order hadn't be overlooked who assured me that they had been sent out.
The following morning she called me to see if the parts had arrived.
I said we have a late post drop off, so they hadn't arrived at that point, but sure enough, they arrived with the post later that day.
Fantastic service, going the extra mile giving me a call to check my order delivery.
100% customer service. Very knowledgeable about their products and polite. What more could anyone ask for.
Looking forward to using this company again soon.
