After placing a substantial order worth nearly 400EUR, I received no updates or communication about my package's status. Reaching customer service was a struggle, requiring multiple attempts before I received a response. They said they returned my parcel because of broken packaging. I asked for proof and did not receive any supporting evidence. Later they said that they found my parcel and sent a picture but the provided picture was of such poor quality that it was impossible to discern its content.

Furthermore, they stated that they couldn't deliver my order to me because the parcel size was too big. No size limitations were provided on their website. The solution offered - finding my own courier and paying additional fees to Atvido (15 pounds) for them to hand over my parcel to the courier I should hire myself.

After I hired another courier and paid for their services, I also paid Atvido for their "services of handing over my parcel to another courier". The next day after that my order information mysteriously vanished from my account and they haven't explained it to this day. Despite informing Atvido of the scheduled pickup several times and 3 attempts by the courier, the parcel remained uncollected and Atvido just ghosted me. This entire ordeal resulted in nearly 500EUR in financial losses and 3 months of trying to get what I paid for.

In summary, I had proactively reached out to them many times, proactively looked for solutions, and paid them but in the end got nothing. For sure there is no fast and efficient support, probably they are too busy writing fake good reviews.

I have already had a total of 6 deliveries this year from this warehouse to Germany and every package has smelled very strongly of mold. Even the contents of the parcels smelled very badly of mold every time, which is a shame as the smell is very difficult to remove!

This company is clearly dishonest. When I had to choose from different shipping methods, I did so based on the expected date of receipt. So I opted for a delivery on 02/12 and paid the higher fees accordingly. It was much later that ATVIDO indicated a delivery date on 02/16, when I had already paid... In addition, like other abused customers, I also had to pay custom duties on delivery, which should not have been the case. I contacted ATVIDO by email but received no reply. This morning, I had a chat with them and they refuse to admit their wrongs, whether for the delivery date or for custom duties, claiming that they paid these taxes and hiding behind the carrier UPS by saying that it is them who abuses by collecting these taxes again. It’s a little easy, and it’s very dishonest. I'll never use this company again and I strongly advise against it !!!

Nightmare service. To echo another reviewer, “They partner with unheard of third tier courier services (unless you want to pay an even more ridiculous price for sending with a semi-reputable courier)” with terrible, terrible tracking info. I got two separate tracking numbers for one package, both of which had minimal and inaccurate info (said package was on its way and had an estimated delivery date when it had been returned). Apparently my package was returned because the delivery person couldn’t find me: on the one hand that sounds fair, but, BUT! There was NO UPDATED TRACKING - there was no way to know when I needed to be home, and no indication of when they attempted delivery, and no notification after an attempt had been made. Was I just supposed to be home 24/7 after making the order, up until its arrival? Ridiculous. Again, this kind of delivery would be ok if there was usable tracking, but there was none and I only found out much later via reaching out to customer support what had happened. After all this they recommend I pay the full price to try and ship a second time with no guarantee of a different outcome .

So happy with Atvido ! I was bummed to be unable to get a build-a-bear stuffed animal shipped to France, so I quickly browsed for a reliable and affordable parcel forwarding service and picked Atvido, quite in a hurry I must admit.
Well, not only their shipping fees are cheap, but I've received my item today in perfect condition and so fast ? Will definitely come back next time I need to get UK collectibles shipped to me. Flawless and pleasant experience.

My package is lost and due to I didn't pay for insurrance there is nothing they can do! My package worth more than 500EUR! This is INSANE. Basically they can stole the package if you don't pay for insurrance. STAY AWAY! Very big loss for me... Also the item should have solve the humidity problem in the child room, so there were mold growing for months due to we had to make like more than 20 email till they said, they can do nothing because I didn't tick tha insurrance! VERY big burn for me now!
I never write 1 star review. But this time THIS IS A extremly big SCAM, so 1 star!

Nightmare working with this company.

Unlike other freight forwarders I've previously used like Myus, the shipping price calculation is the combined weight of each parcel you want them to send off, prior to consolidation! I was charged 9kgs of shipping for what turned out to be less than 5kgs. *Also note, their shipment weight starts from 1kg minimum so if you have 200g of product, still pay for 1kg.

The customer service rep (Benjamin) was always late responding, did not understand simple English half the time trying to communicate and extremely rude.

They partner with unheard of third tier courier services (unless you want to pay an even more ridiculous price for sending with a semi-reputable courier), takes over a week to even arrange for pickup from their warehouse, then more than another week to get to destination. Tracking info is not updated during most of this time, and of course, Benjamin doesn't know anything if you ask.

I have one more item sent to their warehouse, after this experience I do not want to work with them. Now Benjamin is sending me angry threat emails that he'll dispose it if I don't pay the fee within 24hrs. Do that and wait to hear from lawyers Ben.

First of all, the phone number they have as contact doesn't even ring, no connection at all.
Other than that, I had 3 parcels delivered with them to Portugal, it took 4 weeks for each of them to arrive. If you're not in hurry it's ok.
My last experience is the worst, though.
I received a parcel yesterday at their warehouse and it's not even registered in my account 36h later. I suspect they lost my parcel.
