Come to your shop on 18/12/24 to have my tempered glass replaced on my phone. Waited half an hour for the glass to be set under a UV light, paid the £15 and left happy. Once home I noticed my sound on my phone during phone calls was really quiet, it appeared the tempered glass had been put on too high and was covering the ear piece. So took the phone back on 20/12/24 and explained the issue, to have the glass removed and sound went back to normal proving my concern. The guy replaced the tempered glass but used one fit for another phone and not mine due to not having the correct one in Stock and was told to come back another day for the correct one. In the meantime had issues with screen sensitivity due to the incorrect one being installed. Returned on 23/12/24 to have the correct tempered glass fitted, explained all to the guy who was the same guy I saw days before, who denied knowledge of me and the issues I've been experiencing. He removed the glass protector and replaced it with the 'most expensive one in stock' according to him. Which i was uninterested in i just wanted the correct glass installed for what I'd paid for a week previous. Gave me back my phone with air Bubbles under the tempered glass and the screen was now matte finish instead of shiny as normal, so I explained this wasn't good enough and I wanted a refund of £15, the guy argued saying i only paid £10 which was incorrect, I showed my bank statement which said DrTech £15- he eventually have me my £15 back after arguing with me on price.
I've now resulted to Amazon and ordered a glass protector to install myself to cover myself over Christmas.
Would never go back here, they are messers, time wasters and liars and try and mug you off. Was as much help as an umbrella in a hurricane. So AVOID!!!
