Thank you so much to Mel and Greg for delivering such a fantastic STEM workshop to Year 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our day and also learnt so much about the different STEM areas. Our school had a great day with the STEM ambassadors from Techwuman. All ages were catered for and the children thoroughly enjoyed their learning through engaging activities. What particularly came across at all levels was the idea that anyone can be an engineer, scientist or mathematician. Greg and Mel have developed a fantastic range of STEM based activities to teach children about the vast array of careers available to them as well as fostering an excitement in learning about them. The activities they provide are challenging, fun and informative. The buzz in our classroom was great to see! It hit so many aspects of our curriculum as a whole. I would highly recommend.

This was a superb STEM day where all the junior pupils had the opportunity to work with the Stem Ambassadors on exciting projects.The activities were introduced enthusiastically and pupils engaged positively throughout.I must commend Melissa and team for the well planned and communicated day.

Ms Melani from Techwuman assisted me with my New Zealand student visa for my Bachelor in Software Engineering study. As there were a few challenges with my application, my chances of obtaining my student visa were slim but Ms Melani made my dreams come true. I was really impressed with Ms Melani's professionalism and the way she progressed my visa application. She is a very detailed person and she pulled together the necessary documents to ensure my visa was approved before my next semester started. She was also constantly checking with me on how I was progressing with my online studies which I was really very touched by. I arrived into Auckland early August and I am doing my 3rd semester for year one. All the credits go to Ms Melani and her team for their great work. Thanks to the help from the CV workshop I was able to develop my CV past just a list of my academic and professional accomplishments and into a document which made it clearer the unique qualities I can offer to employers. From help with what to include, to tips about formatting and the overall visuals of the CV, the workshop gave me a comprehensive look at how I could improve each aspect of my resume to have it looking and reading as best it can. Of particular use were the tips on how to best describe my previous work experience in a way which would be broadly appealing to other employers, better showcasing my skills. Overall, the process was not only extremely useful in taking my CV to a much higher standard, but this service was delivered in a clear, concise and helpful manner by the Techwuman staff. Insider knowledge about the screening process of resumes, as well as tailored advice and guidance make it a must for anyone looking to improve their CV, but are stuck for what and how to include everything they want.
