Charged me 180 pounds for a new phone screen (which is the actual price of the screen that's not the issue) for the phone to then break a few months later with the same issue just for another repair shop to then tell me that whilst my phone screen was replaced they left the inflated battery inside which caused the same issue

Had initially thought the repair cost for my iPhone would be £££££. Had been having a charging issue for a number of weeks and luckily stumbled across this place on via Google search.

Richard was able to clean out the charging dock within 10 minutes and it was charging fault-free like before! £10 lighter and very happy for finding someone local to help!

My phone got completely smashed late this evening. I called up and spoke to a friendly and helpful gentleman who was able to book me an appointment for within the hour. My phone was bent out of shape and the screen smashed into shards, he was very positive and said he could replace the screen within the hour for us and he'd even unbend it for free. He was very friendly and very professional, my phone now looks better than new and the quote I was given on the website is exactly what I paid!
