After having several bad experiences with our website managers we were recommended to Root Solution two years go and have finally found a solution to our website management issues...
Simon is very responsive and updates to our site are dealt with quickly and professionally, and we find his professional charges are very reasonable when compared to our previous experiences. We run a village pub in the Peak District which keeps us too busy to be spending lots of time on such details as website management, and in addition we are not particularly tech-savvy; so Simon's chaperoning is especially welcome.
He speak a language we understand, and interprets our wishes accurately. A very refreshing company to deal with in an age when so many emails and telephone calls go unanswered.
