Fantastic Place to Work
Pros: I've been at Connex for just over two years now, and I've thoroughly enjoyed my time here. From day one, I was welcomed with open arms.
The company is full of hugely talented people from whom I've learned so much. My personal development here has been leaps and bounds above what I experienced with previous employers.
The product is cutting-edge and expansive, so there's always work to be done and new things to learn.
I'm entrusted with managing my own work, and the higher-ups trust and respect you. I've experienced no micromanagement during my time here.

Overall really impressed with Connex, not only with the actual software but their drive to develop new innovations like their AI. Also the communication with them, whether it be the support department or our Account manager as all are very helpful.
Having worked on various dialler systems for many years and know first hand the frustration un-reliable systems cause, I found the Connex’s (CCS) system to be reliable compared to the others. Having moved on to their CXM system which has all the amenities that that we require and then some has ensured we have the right technology as the business grows / diversifies. As mentioned, really impressed and have no hesitation recommending them.

Where do we start with this money pit that Connex provide? Had the misfortune of working on the Connex platform since their transfer to their new environment. It just doesn't work. The system as supplied and configured is not fit for purpose. Bug laden with hours of downtime. Massive downgrade on their previous platform. Dialler engine is massively inefficient compared to other platforms. Attempting to get issues resolved is a trial in itself as support staff are lacking in product knowledge and / or refuse to accept issues without being able to replicate them. Downtime / issues is accepted and appears to be the business model. Having them resolved is massively frustrating as support tickets are closed indescrimintely without resolution. Without Connex staff on site, they will not be resolved. To attempt to fix the obvious issues, this it took engaging the chief technical officer on multiple occasions, who has no interest in your business but his own, in addition to having Connex technical staff, who continued to deny and obfuscate, observe the issues in real time, . Help Desk support is next to useless which just makes using the system more frustrating. Will be an expensive mistake should you utilise.

"They almost cost me my business with their nonexistent support. I followed their rules and instructions to the letter, doing everything that was required. They made a massive mistake, admitted it, BUT I still had to pay a lot of money before they could fix it. They represent exactly what's wrong with the world today—the big guy stepping on the little guy. I was a loyal customer for almost 4 years. No integrity
