I had my Bright HR training with Rachel Riordan today. I had sessions before on this system before but It was not as engaging as my session today. Rachel nailed it and sold this system to me today. They are so many functions that I was not aware existed. She had all the patience in the world to explain things and did not seem in any hurry. hadn't set up from scratch. Rachel was calm and collected very friendly but professional at the same time, she filled in the gaps in my knowledge of the system. Brilliant customer care. Icing on the cake she told me she will be my onboarding manager. Couldn't ask for more, I am ready to give this a go.
Would highly recommend the system as its very easy to use and the company itself are customer orientated.

very Happy with Bright HR which has simplified all our HR Documentation and ensured we are compliant. The support for onboarding from Paula was fantastic, clear and all questions were answered clearly. It's great knowing there is support and advice on hand for employees and employers with an clear overview of leave, contract reminders & update on the handbook. Highly recommended.

Having not used Bright HR for over 5 years, I arranged an overview with Ewan to get me and my colleague back up to speed. Ewan was great, patient and explaining everything to the detail we required.
