We had a cat flap fitted today and are extremely happy with the service.
The fitter phoned in advance and confirmed the time of arrival. The job was done quickly and professionally. The mess was cleaned afterwards.

This review is two-fold. Firstly, the company provided a great product and clear smooth communications making the whole transaction very pleasant. Bravo to Glazing Innovations.

Secondly, our fitter, Peter was just exceptional! He has a fantastic attention to detail, a great approach and attitude to his work. He really is a lovely person. Peter fitted two cat flaps for us.
If I could give Peter 6 stars I truly would. He is an asset to the company!!

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who wants a catflap fitted within a double glazed pane of glass - super!!

Whole thing simples from start to finish. Send a photo and pick a flap they give you a price. They send a chap to acurately measure he comes back in less than a week with your new panel and fits in 20 mins. Absolutely chuffed.The Joneses havent got the hang of it yet. Ive smeared it in licky lix! 5 stars from them for extra treats 5 starts from me for fabulous service.

I had a cat flap installed in the patio doors by the Glazing Innovations. From the very beginning, the communication was good, the site was promptly inspected, new glass panel manufactured and the cat flap professionally installed. All in all, it took about 2 weeks. I am very satisfied with the service. My special thanks to the fitter who went an extra mile.

Very impressed with this company. Their communication is unreal. They seem to reply within mins (even at the weekend).The parts were ordered and fitted in good time. The guy who came to fit the cat flap was polite and informative. Highly recommend ?
